We noticed you are using an operating system other than Microsoft XP service pack 1 or above (we do not currently support MS Vista but we're working on it). We understand that people like to use operating systems other than Microsoft XP. But unfortunately, different Operating Systems require development resources to support and we just haven't had a chance to implement support for other operating systems yet.
